I am very shocked at the rude comments made towards my favorite dentist office. I've never experienced anything but love in that office. The staff is outstanding,the doctor is the best in south jersey(hands down).I really feel bad about your experience,but i had to comment when i saw someone talking bad about such a wonderful establishment.

Hi..I had a great experience at A Z Dental due to the fact of my great fear of the dentist. All my fears were eliminated with the nice staff and perfect treatment skills of the doctor. Thank you for your patience with me.

As per my personal experience at AZ Dental and in comparison with other Dental offices I would say this was the worst experience I ever had at a dentist office and not because of the pain the dentist may induce but because of the rudness and unprofessionalism of the staff, I like to think the Dentist in that office it's not aware of what's going but I assure you if you're not ready for an altercation because you are demanding to be treated with respect I would go to another office where you'll be treated how you deserve. How can this bussines improve I would say focus on hiring the right candidate or make sure staff is appropiately trained to interact with PEOPLE.

We at az dental are very sorry of your bad experince at the office. We do not advertise and our business is based on referrals. We go out of the way to satisfy the patients and we are highly trained to do all procedures. Our business has grown and is growing due to our patient management and patient satisfaction from our highly trained dental practitioner. Our staff is very helpfull in guiding the patients and educating them of their insurance policies. Sometimes we are too nice due to our "non strict policies". Nevertheless we beleive first in patient satisfaction. We take any negative comments seriously and try to correct any miscommunications.
